Key Responsibilities:

Provides independent nursing care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation).

Addresses complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.

Administers medications and treatments via appropriate protocols and monitors effectiveness.

Documents patient history, symptoms, and care given accurately.

Assesses learning needs and provides education to family members and caregivers.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience: 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred; Perinatal RN Residency or recent practice in a Perinatal setting is a plus.

Licensure: Current RN License in the state of employment or Compact license.

Certifications Required: * BLS (AHA or Red Cross) at time of hire.

NRP & STABLE certification (Current).
