Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Travel | Long-Term Care (SNF) | Walsenburg, CO

We are seeking an experienced Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) team in Walsenburg, Colorado.
The CNA will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care by assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of resident care.

Active Colorado CNA License
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Minimum 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
Previous travel assignment experience preferred
Willingness to float as needed
Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility (Travel candidates only)
Ability to commit to the full assignment and work 12-hour day shifts (Friday–Sunday)
