Join our dynamic healthcare team in Des Moines, Iowa, as a Labor & Delivery Nurse! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse who will thrive in our 45-bed facility. In this travel/contract position, you will provide excellent care for our high-risk obstetrics patients, including antepartum, c-sections, and vaginal deliveries. With a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1-2, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of mothers and their newborns. We offer competitive compensation of $3513.00, along with hospital-provided scrubs—allowing you to focus on what you do best: caring for patients.

As part of our commitment to quality healthcare, you will need at least 1.5 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience in a hospital setting, along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM. In this collaborative environment, the ability to float across various campuses, including Iowa Methodist MC and Iowa Lutheran, is essential. Please note that we require candidates to have previously completed at least one travel contract in the last 12 months.
