Overview
Advantage Staffing Services, an RN-owned agency, is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse (RN) to join a partnering acute care facility in Lawrence, MA. This is a local or travel contract opportunity offering a fast-paced, supportive environment where you’ll provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities
Provide care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Monitor maternal and fetal health; administer medications and interventions as needed.
Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, and the healthcare team for safe deliveries.
Assist in emergencies, including cesarean sections or obstetric complications.
Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care.
Maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements
Active RN license in Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
Current BLS (AHA); ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring preferred
Ability to provide compassionate care in high-stress situations
