Surgical Technologist, Pedi-OR SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months skills checklist and reference dated within 12 mos
previous travel
5 yrs pedi ORT experience
WA state license is required

Preferred Qualifications
national cert is only preferred.
