On W2 (Travel):

Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $72.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $2,592.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $30.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $42.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,080.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,512.00

On 1099 (Travel):

Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $75.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $2,700.00

Current Certifications required: BLS & ACLS NH State License,
Floating: Yes, ED (not just ICU holds), Stepdown, Med surg with modified assignment
Will Not take 1st time travelers
Equipment: Balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, artic sun or TTM management, alaris pumps, rapid infuser
