Registered Nurse- Disabled and Elderly population

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in our group homes and In-Home Supports, where compassion meets expertise. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of residents with intellectual disabilities in a warm, community based environment. We're looking for a passionate individual who can provide exceptional care, foster meaningful relationships with residents, and assist Program Managers with the medical oversite for our individuals by collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll take on a crucial role in assessing the individuals medical needs. You will be developing care plans, assessing individuals medical needs, keeping medical files, writing reports on medical needs, and assisting Program Managers with contacting providers or acting as part of the care team. Your expertise will help us maintain a holistic approach to health that promotes both physical and emotional wellness among our individuals by making recommendations for appointments and assisting with communication on medical items with providers, funding sources, families, and guardians.

Licensed in CT as Registered Nurse (experience with DDS, group home setting or in-home supports settings a plus)
