Flexible Per Diem CNA Shifts Available in St. Paul!

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

Provide quality personal care and assistance with ADLs
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Provide compassionate support while promoting residents’ dignity and independence
Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals

Active CNA certification in Minnesota - Must hold a current, unencumbered CNA license in the state where they will be working.
Current CPR/BLS certification (if required by the facility).
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (or as required by the facility).
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and employment verification.
Current physical examination, TB test/PPD or QuantiFERON, and all required immunizations.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation to assigned facility.
