Flexible Per Diem CNA Shifts in Minneapolis Healthcare

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minneapolis, MN. We’re seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to provide hands-on support and quality care to patients in a professional healthcare environment. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and vital signs; maintaining patient comfort and safety; reporting changes in condition to the nursing team; and providing respectful, compassionate support to patients and their families.

Setting/Facility Type: Hospital and healthcare settings providing care to pediatric or other patients, depending on the assigned unit or facility.

Current Minnesota CNA certification or active eligibility on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
Previous pediatric or hospital CNA experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to infants, children, and adolescents
Experience assisting with ADLs, hygiene, feeding, mobility, positioning, and vital signs
Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in a pediatric patient’s condition
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with RNs, providers, and the pediatric care team
Commitment to patient safety, infection prevention, privacy, and family-centered care
Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric hospital environment
Flexible availability for day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
