* Temporary pacemaker removal

* Chest tube removal

* IABP removal

* Aline placement

* Cardiothoracic surgery

* EVH (Endoscopic Vein Harvesting)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Licenses: Active Arizona license

* Board: PA (Physician Assistant) board certification required

* DEA: DEA required

* Certifications: BLS, ACLS

* Experience: Minimum 3 years in cardiothoracic surgery with EVH

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide cardiothoracic surgical care to adult/geriatric patients

* Manage CVICU and step-down patients (10-15 per day)

* Perform surgeries (1-2 per day) including endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH)

* Take beeper call from 3p-7a on weeknights during assignment

* Perform required procedures such as temporary pacemaker removal, chest tube removal, IABP removal, and arterial line placement
