Job Title: LDRP Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Package

Travel Pay (W2): Up to $3,024/week
1099 Pay: Up to $3,168/week
Taxable Hourly Rate: $49.50/hr
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,242

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LDRP RN for a travel assignment in Globe, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients in a rural healthcare setting with approximately one birth per day.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages
Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond appropriately to changes
Assist physicians during labor and delivery procedures
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
Respond to on-call responsibilities as scheduled
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Requirements

Active Arizona RN License
Minimum 4 years of L&D/LDRP nursing experience
Strong obstetrics and labor & delivery experience required
Ability to work night shifts and take call
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications preferred

Additional Information

Shift: 12-hour nights with call rotation
Average census: Approximately 1 birth per day
Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Active Arizona RN License

Strong obstetrics and labor & delivery experience required
Ability to work night shifts and take call
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
