Travel L&D RN - Glendale AZ - *please read description*

BLS, ACLS, NRP, AFM certs required.
Day shift: 6a-6:30p
Night shift: 6p-6:30a

Must have a minimum of 24 months of recent L&D experience to qualify
All certifications must be AHA, ARC or ASHI
No Hits on state license
Cannot accept any AZ residents (drivers license must be given with submission)
Travel experience - highly preferred
RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
