DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department, while utilizing accepted standards & protocols of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (or equivalent), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Certified Emergency Nursing (CEN).
* The Registered Nurse is responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways.
