State License: Alaska RN license required upon acceptance

Key Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
Coordinate patient care and support nursing staff as the charge nurse.
Monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Promote patient safety and follow facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Ability to obtain the required Alaska state license upon acceptance.
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in long-term care, Med-Surg, or related nursing specialties is beneficial.
