As a Pediatric Emergency Room RN, you will deliver rapid, age-appropriate emergency care to infants, children, and adolescents in a dynamic clinical setting. You will assess and triage pediatric patients, monitor changing conditions, administer treatments, document care, and collaborate closely with the emergency team. Recommended skills include pediatric assessment, emergency triage, critical thinking, clear family-centered communication, adaptability, and effective prioritization during high-acuity situations.
