Duties and Responsibilities:
-Schedules doctor visits and manages admissions
-Monitors resident health, nutrition, and vital signs
-Supervises staff and daily care
-Documents changes and provides education to residents/families
-Coordinates with other departments and handles assigned duties

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

License/Certification:

CNA (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)

-Certified MA CNA, nursing school graduate
-Experience in geriatrics or SNF preferred
-Effective communicator and team player
-Organized, dependable, and professional
