Looking for Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) - Braintree, MA

SHIFTS: 7 to 3p, 3-11p and 11 to 7a

We are looking for good, caring and compassionate CNAs for ALL SHIFTS in Braintree MA area. We offer excellent pay of $23-$25/hr.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Coordinates physician appointments and rounds, prepares charts, and provides resident updates
-Manages new admissions and hospital returns, maintaining and updating care plans
-Monitors resident nutrition and weight changes and reports risks to Dietary
-Orients and assigns nursing staff to meet unit care needs
-Observes, documents, and reports resident conditions, vital signs, and changes
-Provides resident and family education per individualized care plans
-Supervises and assists with activities of daily living
-Collaborates with other departments to coordinate nursing services
-Other duties as assigned

-Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid MA CNA certificate
-Prior experience in geriatrics or a skilled nursing facility preferred
-Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
-Highly organized, efficient, and professional, with a positive attitude and strong ethical standards
