Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery - Travel - (LD RN)
StartDate: 8/17/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1711.00 - $1799.00

Travel RN L&D job in Outer Banks, NC: Work in a patient-centered labor and delivery unit at a hospital serving a welcoming coastal community in North Carolina. You will care for low-risk obstetric patients in bright, cheerful suites designed for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care. The facility follows a mother/baby care model, offers dedicated C-section operating rooms, and supports breastfeeding and family involvement. The team is committed to compassionate bedside nursing, triage, labor management, and newborn care. Outer Banks is known for its scenic beaches and vibrant local culture. Required qualifications include an active registered nurse (RN) license, recent labor and delivery experience, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required at hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and intermediate AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) are required within six months of hire. Recommended skills include strong assessment abilities, teamwork, and effective communication. Preferred Qualifications
EPIC, Mother and Baby exp
NICU experience would be a bonus
