Licensed Practical Nurse

Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing services for a facility in Clark County, WA. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to patients in a public health setting through collaborative efforts with health team members while adhering to standards of care and practice.

REQUIREMENTS:

• WA license

• Current BLS Certification

• Minimum 1 year experience post licensure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow nursing standards, procedures and protocols to care for patients.

• Participate in monitoring, managing and coordinating the delivery of healthcare and providing progress information to supervisor.

• Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facility’s policy.

• Ensure provision of safety and comfort of all patients.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.

• Effectively and respectfully work with persons from diverse backgrounds.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
