NurseRecruiter is looking for a digital marketing manager

NurseRecruiter.com is the leading job board for nurses in the United States and we are a 100% remote company — we work exclusively online. That includes all of our marketing and advertising, and we are looking for a driven digital marketing manager to help create and optimize advertising and marketing campaigns. We all work remotely so it will require someone who can manage their own time and has excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities would include:

Managing the bids and budgets of advertising networks
Reporting weekly on the performance of the advertising
Creating new advertisements and optimizing ad copy
Creating and editing website copy
Optimizing landing pages

As long as the salaries for Nurse Educators remain lower than a newly hired staff person in an acute care hospital, there will always be a shortage of these highly educated nursing instructors. And this, dear colleagues, results in the severe shortage of Registered Nurses that we are experiencing throughout the U.S. today! There are far more nursing applicants then there are nursing student slots, (both, Baccalaureate and Associate levels) due to the fact that there aren’t enough Nursing Instructors to teach additional students! Salaries for Nurse Educators need to be increased dramatically so that it becomes a profession that qualified nurses aspire to and apply for.
