Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. Long Term Care Facility on site of hospital. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notifications to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting and discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties. Shift: Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights 2300 0730. including weekends, holidays, OT rotation may be required. No guarantee of hours or shift preference. Will need to arrive at the HMC facility the Friday prior to Monday start to complete employee health and HR clearance. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will receive your employee health appointment time from Medefis. All compliance documents must be completed and uploaded no later than 1 week before start date. Need to have license for EH/HR appointment.
