Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.

State License: Active California PT License (via the Physical Therapy Board of California).

Law Exam: Passed the CAL-LAW (California Law Examination).

Certifications: Current BLS / CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers via AHA).

Clearance: Background Check (Live Scan fingerprinting) & Drug Screening.
