Travel Social Worker

Weekly pay includes taxable wage and per diems (non taxable stipend) if eligible

***This is an onsite travel contract with possibilities of extension.***

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.


Note: Cerner charting experience required.

LMSW or LCSW, BLS certified by AHA and Co-vid Card.

2+ years experience as Travel Social Worker.
