REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
* BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on patient population.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs regularly.
* Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.
* Document care accurately and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
* Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
