2+years Current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion- [REQUIRED]
Chemo Cert (ONS) and Oncology Certified RN (OCN) - [REQUIRED]
Peripheral IV Insertion experience - [Required]
Port/Fistula/Catheter experience- [Required]
IV Certification - [Highly preferred]
EPIC Experience - [Required]
Previous traveler -[preferred]
BSN- [preferred]
EPIC Experience - [Required]

1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, ONC Cert, CHEMO CERT, ACLS, PERM ADDRESS and de-escalation training proofs - Facility will not pend license/certs)
