REQUIREMENTS:

* Must hold active RN license in practicing state.
* Experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric nursing preferred.
* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
* BLS required; LTC certifications highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Clinical Care:

* Assess resident condition; respond to changes promptly.
* Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.

* Compliance & Documentation:

* Document care accurately per LTC regulations.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.

* Support & Education:

* Educate residents and families on care plans and goals.
* Maintain a safe and supportive resident environment.
