Certified Pharmacy Technician

Inpatient Pharmacy Tech IV Compounding:

Contract length: 13 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Guaranteed hours per week: 40

Shift Requirements: 8 hour days

Weekend/Holiday: Every third weekend and holiday rotation

Minimum Experience: 1 year of IV room experience required - the candidate will be working in the oncology center IV room

Hazardous drug/chemotherapy IV compounding experience REQUIRED

and compounding parenteral nutrition TPN experience needed (Total Parental Nutrition)

Knowledge of Abacus/Baxa compounding software and Repeater pump beneficial,

Required Certifications to be attached upon Submittal: PTCB/ChT, WI Pharm Tech license required.

Media Fill test Certification is preferred.

Charting Experience: EPIC experience highly preferred

Unit specific skillset: Pyxis and clean room-fast paced, busy facility - the candidate will be working in the oncology center IV room
