License Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are recruiting for an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team—excellent pay and teamwork environment. Our facility has 120 beds.

Shifts: 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a

Responsibilities
• Record a patient’s medical history accurately.
• Take and record blood pressure measurements, temperature, heart rate, etc.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side effects of medications, etc.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, etc., clean and dress wounds, and assist with other basic medical care tasks

Requirements:
• Proven experience as LPN in LTC or SNF.
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Must have LPN License for the state
