REQUIREMENTS:

* Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required upon submission.
* Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
* ACLS required.
* Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
* Recent Acute Care Experience required for consideration. (PCU, ICU)
* 1+ years of experience
