REQUIREMENTS:

* Current RN license
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required (MSN preferred)
* BLS (HCP), ACLS, PALS, and CNOR required
* Minimum 5 years hospital nursing experience
* Minimum 3 years OR experience required
* Experience in education, course development, or simulation preferred
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR systems)
* Excellent communication, organization, and teaching skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide clinical education and training for hospital staff
* Develop and deliver curriculum with department leaders
* Serve as resource for healthcare education programs
* Utilize simulation mannequins and software for training
* Evaluate learning outcomes and revise programs as needed
* Collaborate with Quality Management on improvement initiatives
* Support DNV and regulatory education requirements
* Promote teamwork, professionalism, and hospital mission
* Assist with Quality Department activities as assigned
