JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse – Progressive Care - Travel - (PCU RN)
StartDate: 7/27/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D (48 Hrs) Pay Rate: $2969.00 - $3153.00

Patients in this setting may require frequent cardiac assessments and collaborative evaluations to manage intermediate care status. Continuity of care is facilitated in this unit through ICU transition for optimization of clinical outcomes. Registered nurses provide care in conjunction with the nursing assistant and medical team. Assignments are based on the patient’s needs, the geographical location of the patients, and the resources available. The charge nurse does not have a patient assignment. BLS is required upon hire. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) is required will be obtained while on orientation.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, PCU
Experience: 2 years
RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA
Weekends: 6 Weekend Shifts per 6 Week Schedule
Scrub Colors: Solid Black or Solid White
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Strong Cardiac Skills
Must be Able to Read/Interpret strips
NIHSS
Must pass EKG exam prior to start as part of credentialing
80 Mile Local Radius Rule
