Early Birds Wanted: LVNs Who Love Getting Things Done Before 2:30 PM!

Are you a Licensed Vocational Nurse who thrives in the morning and enjoys hands-on patient care? We’re looking for 2 rockstar LVNs to join our team for a 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift, with a rotational schedule and every 3rd weekend off (yes, real weekends!).

What You’ll Be Doing

As an LVN here, you won’t just be “checking boxes”—you’ll be making a real difference every day. Under the guidance of our Unit RN and Nurse Manager, you’ll:

Deliver excellent patient care (med administration, treatments, and education)

Document care accurately (don’t worry—we’ll train you on our systems!)

Use your advanced nursing skills, including:

Gastrostomy tubes & enteral feedings

Foley catheters

Tracheostomy care

Be a trusted, compassionate presence for patients and teammates alike

What We’re Looking For

Active LVN license in Texas

1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)

Confidence with advanced nursing skills
