We are seeking Full time ICU Registered Nurses to work within an Acute Inpatient Hospital in Ocala, FL and offering a generous sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance!!

** Will consider RNs with strong Med/Surg experience**

Shift Details: Full-Time – Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a) Available – (with Rotating weekends)

Units with Needs:
• ICU
• MICU

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Compensation:
Pay rates: Up to $45.90/hr. (Based on experience and unit)
Shift Diffs: $4.25/hr. Nights; $3/hr. Weekends
Sign-On Bonus – $10,000 (Days) and $15,000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance (Case by Case basis)

• Med Surg Neuro - Ft. Walton Beach, FL - 3x12 Days Only
• Med Tele – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Stepdown – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• ICU or CVICU – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• CVOR – Kissimmee, FL | 3x12 Nights
• Med/Surg – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Med Tele – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Cardiac Surgery ICU – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• ER/FSED – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Mids / Nights

• MUST have at least 1 year of Acute Care RN experience (within the last 3 years), prefers higher level acuity but will consider strong Med/Surg candidates.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
• Trauma Nursing Core Course, or (CCRN) Critical Care Registered Nurse (Adult) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
