Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
3. Provide therapy services in both outpatient and acute care settings
4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
5. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies
6. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
7. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
8. Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory guidelines
9. Deliver care in accordance with clinical and safety standards

Active Georgia Speech Therapist License required
CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA required
BLS (AHA) certification required
