Speech-Language Pathologist - SLP

Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders. 
Responsibilities
Assess and Diagnose: Evaluate patient/student communication skills and needs.
Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to specific needs.
Provide Therapy: Deliver speech-language therapy sessions (individual or group).
Document Progress: Maintain accurate records, session notes, and data for IEP progress reports (or medical records).
Collaborate: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. American Speech-Language-Hearing Association | ASHA +2

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Licensure: Active state SLP license.
Certification: ASHA certification preferred (CCC-SLP).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
