At Flagstaff Medical Center, our Level III-A NICU Special Care Nursery (SCN) provides personalized care and treatment for premature and sick newborns age 28-weeks and greater, including:
• Rooms are designed for privacy with reduced noise levels.
• Family rooms to support family-centered care.
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) on site, 24 hours a day.
• Daily family rounds.
• Expert care as your baby grows.
• Extensive parent education and support.

The Clinical Manager role is focused on managing departmental goals and objectives. This is accomplished through staff retention, setting clear expectations, ensuring the provision of exceptional patient experience, and identifying improvement processes to achieve objectives and implementation of action plans.

Education
BSN or actively enrolled in BSN program with a completion date within three years from date of hire - Required
Master's Degree- Preferred

Experience
2 years recent hospital clinical experience in specialty area- Required
Chronic Care Management and Care Management experience - Preferred
Recent Hospital Experience - Preferred
Knowledge of ACO, VBP, Payer Quality Incentive Program experience – Preferred
Certification & Licensures
Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license - Required
BLS – Required
NRP – Required
