Travel NICU RN jobs in Portland, ME place you in a 50+ bed Level III/IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), with a 20-bed Level II NICU. The facility is a 900 bed Level 1 Trauma center, teaching hospital, and serves as a regional referral center, offering advanced neonatal care and critical care transport services. Portland is a coastal city known for its historic Old Port district and vibrant food scene. Boston, MA is about 2 hours south. You must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine or a compact state, at least 2 year of recent NICU experience, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong neonatal critical care skills are recommended.
