REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
* Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association.
* Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
* Previous Dialysis experience, required.
* Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.
* Must be able to work at any PSKCs clinic located on the peninsula (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend).
* Must be able to work any shift (AM/PM) schedule depending upon staffing needs.
* 1+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC).
* Provide education to patients.
* Supervise Dialysis Technicians.
* Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans.
* Monitor the patient's outcomes.
* Administer medications.
* Participate in quality improvement projects.
* Collaborate with other members of the patient's care team (social worker, dietitians, and nephrologist).
