We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing healthcare support team serving patients and healthcare providers. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service, call center, administrative, or healthcare support experience who enjoy helping patients and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.
Provide accurate information and exceptional customer service.
Coordinate and schedule initial and refill medication shipments.
Contact patients to obtain and verify information needed for prescription fulfillment.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Process prescription refill requests and related documentation.
Assist with order processing and delivery scheduling.
Gather, organize, and document patient-related information for clinical review.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
Support the patient care team by assisting with administrative and coordination tasks.
Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications

āœ” Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
āœ” At least 1 year of Call Center experience preferred
āœ” Strong phone communication and customer interaction skills
āœ” Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
āœ” Experience with filing, documentation, and administrative support
āœ” Healthcare, pharmacy, or medical office experience is a plus
āœ” Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
āœ” Reliable transportation for onsite training and hybrid work requirements
