Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse

* Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to care for patients with various cardiovascular conditions, surgeries, and procedures.
* Monitors patients following cardiac cath lab procedures.
* Administers IV and PO cardiac medications.
* Manages central lines.
* Conducts and interprets 12-lead ECGs.
* Manages drains and chest tubes.
* Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to create and execute the patient’s plan of care.
* Documents data in a timely, accurate, and concise manner.
* Conducts patient education regarding diseases and conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.

To be considered for these positions, we require the following qualifications:

* Valid and active RN license in Massachusetts.
* At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg Tele experience.
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging work environment.
