Home Care Peds RN needed! 13weeks, Up to $2588 weekly

Pediatric RN Case Manager in Home Health is needed for a travel contract position in Webster, NY.
Nurse will be developing individualized care plans, completing assessments (including OASIS), ensuring accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating with families, physicians, and care teams. They maintain compliance with regulations, uphold professional home visit standards, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care while meeting productivity expectations and resolving issues promptly.

-Oasis
-Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience required, 9 months Home Care experience preferred (private duty does not qualify).
_Current New York RN License
-BLS(any provider accepted)
-Valid U.S. Driver's License
-Current Auto Insurance
