REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid and active Registered Nurse State license.
* Previous nursing leadership experience.
* BLS certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead and guide nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to follow policies.
* Supervise patient care, including assessments, medications, and documentation.
* Participate in staffing and scheduling for efficient patient care.
* Mentor and educate nursing staff for their professional growth.
* Monitor compliance, maintain quality standards, and conduct audits for improvement.
* Respond to medical emergencies according to protocols.
