LTC - RN

Job Responsibilities

✓ Provide nursing care to long-term care patients.
✓ Assess patients and monitor their health conditions.
✓ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
✓ Follow individualized patient care plans.
✓ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
✓ Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
✓ Provide patient and family education and support.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

✓ Current, unrestricted Colorado RN License – Mandatory
✓ BLS – Mandatory
✓ ACLS – Mandatory
✓ PALS – Mandatory
✓ TNCC – Mandatory
✓ Long-Term Care patient care experience – Required
✓ COVID-19 vaccination as required by state mandate

Schedule Requirements

✓ Day Shift
✓ Guaranteed 36 hours/week
✓ Must be willing to work holidays – No holiday time-off requests

Housing

✓ Possible shared 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment
✓ Rent will be paid
✓ No pets / No smoking
