QPCS is hiring two experienced Registered Nurses for Beaufort County Detention Center in Beaufort, South Carolina.

Available Schedules
- Schedule 1: One day shift, 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m., and two night shifts, 7:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m.
- Schedule 2: Three night shifts, 7:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m.

Both schedules include three 12-hour shifts per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Pay Options
- Tier 1 – Benefits-Eligible W-2: $40.00 per hour
- Tier 2 – Non-Benefits-Eligible W-2: $44.00 per hour
- 1099 Independent Contractor: $47.00 per hour

Important 1099 Notice: Independent contractors are self-employed and are not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, or employer-paid payroll taxes. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other applicable obligations.

Role and Requirements
- Provide assessments, medications, treatments, urgent care, and electronic documentation while maintaining clinical and facility-security standards.

Candidates must have:
- An active South Carolina RN license or qualifying multistate privilege.
- At least one year of psychiatric/behavioral-health or correctional nursing experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to complete required screening, credentialing, and security training.
