Registered Nurse – Case Management- Case Manager - Travel - (CM RN)

TDY Registered Nurse Case Manager travel jobs at the facility in Bethel, AK let you coordinate care for patients across diverse public health and clinical settings. You must have an active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license, at least 2 years of RN or public health experience, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A diploma, Associate of Applied Science, or Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher is preferred. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are recommended. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Cerner is preferred. Key skills include case management, patient education, and the ability to travel to remote villages for on-site care. FACILITY LOCATION
Bethel is located west of Anchorage, Alaska and can only be accessed by water or air. It has a subarctic climate with long snowy cold winters and mild, short summers and is the main port and transportation hub for 56 villages in that area of Alaska.
