Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) New Grads or Experienced Ones for a Local/Travel position in with a quick offer process. The LPN will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings, including long-term care, assisted living, hospitals, and community health environments.

Duties·

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and medication management.Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection, laboratory processing, and imaging procedures.
Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments, or behavioral health needs.
Manage acute pain and facilitate pain management strategies tailored to individual patient requirements.
Support patients with complex needs such as ventilator management, catheterization, tube feeding, and wound care using aseptic techniques.
Document all patient interactions thoroughly in compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in settings such as ICU, emergency room, skilled nursing facilities, or outpatient clinics to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state certification/ Compact License
