We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families by providing guidance, resources, and advocacy. This position requires a strong commitment to helping clients navigate complex systems, ensuring they receive the necessary services and support tailored to their unique needs.
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Skills
The successful Case Manager will possess the following skills:
Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and addiction counseling techniques.
Experience in crisis management and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with Medicare processes and regulations is advantageous.
Proficiency in mentoring individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while supervising junior staff when required.
A background in childcare or workforce development is a plus.
