REQUIREMENTS:

* ** MANDATORY WOUND CARE CERTIFICATION WITH MINIMUM 3-YEARS EXPERIENCE **
* American Heart Association BLS
* ACLS (preferred)
* Wound Care Certification
* 3+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Ability to assess, plan and implement care to patients with ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers, acute and/or chronic wounds by providing comprehensive care and teaching to patients and their families/significant others regarding the evaluation, selection, and recommendation of supplies and equipment in order to provide optimal wound and ostomy care.
