Job Description

We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN), RN/LPN, RN/T-LPN, and RN Unit Managers (RN UM) for multiple long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, correctional, and healthcare facilities across New Mexico, Maine, New Hampshire, and Alabama. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient and resident care.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
For RN Unit Manager positions, supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and oversee daily unit operations.
Requirements
Active RN License (or Compact License where applicable).
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (LTC/SNF/Rehab experience preferred).
Leadership experience preferred for RN Unit Manager positions.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work weekends, rotating schedules, overnight shifts, or on-call assignments as required.
Shift Details
Day, Evening, and Night shifts available.
Contract lengths vary by facility (approximately 8–18 weeks).
24–40 guaranteed hours per week.
Multiple start dates available.

RN Unit Manager positions are primarily weekday leadership roles, with occasional floor coverage or weekend responsibilities depending on the facility.
Mandatory facility orientation and compliance training must be completed before starting clinical duties.
