Physical Therapy Assistant

San Luis Valley Health Regional Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team in rural Alamosa, Colorado. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor treatment outcomes, and provide therapy for individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, pulmonary, cardiovascular, and integumentary conditions.

Candidates must have a current Colorado Physical Therapy license and BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Relocation to the rural San Luis Valley area is required for submitted candidates.
